How do I redeem my Fitbit Premium card to activate my 1-year membership?
Go to https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/redeem. Enter the 19-digit code found on your card in the redemption code field, followed by the PIN. If you have a physical card, you will reveal the PIN where it says "scratch off for PIN number.” After you have successfully provided your redemption code, you will be prompted to sign into your Fitbit account. A Fitbit account is required for use of Fitbit Premium. If you do not have one, you will be able to create one during this step. Once you have signed in, your Fitbit Premium membership will be added to your account. You can now go to the Fitbit app to enjoy the benefits of your membership. Help! When I signed into my Fitbit account I received an error message saying that my account already has Premium.
If you have an active Fitbit Premium subscription, you will need to either: (1) allow that subscription to expire before redeeming your Fitbit Premium card or (2) cancel your current Premium subscription. If you are a current Premium member, the code cannot be redeemed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, or within the Fitbit app itself.
Can I redeem the card for a Fitbit device?
The card is only valid for a 1-year membership to Fitbit Premium.
