If you are an Elevate Subscriber who hasn’t selected your 2024 GEHA Plan Perk, please Click Here to access your GEHA Account and select your perk for 2024.

If you selected a Fitbit Device as your 2024 GEHA Plan Perk, you would need to access the GEHA Fitbit Storefront by clicking the CHOOSE MY FITBIT link in your GEHA Plan Perk email. This email is sent shortly after selecting your perk to the email listed in your Contact Preferences and comes from GEHA@info.geha.com.
