See if your phone is compatible with the Fitbit app using the link below.
Download the latest software update and turn Bluetooth on.
Move other Fitbit devices out of range and make sure your battery is at least 50% charged.
Remove other products from your Account Settings in the Fitbit app.
Download and log in to the Fitbit app
Download or update the Fitbit app. If you have an account, log in. Otherwise, create a new account.
Wake your Fitbit up
Press the button on the side of your tracker or watch to turn it on.
Go back to the app, tap your profile picture to access your account settings, and tap “Set Up a Device.” From there, follow the step-by-step instructions.
