- Your flower will grow and shrink, depending on how active you've been recently.
- Calories burned includes resting calories and calories from activity.
- The activity stats shown on your tracker reset at midnight.

Track Sleep
To track your sleep, press and hold the button on your tracker until you see the stopwatch.
- Press and hold the same button when you are awake to end your sleep recording.
- Sleep records will show up on your Fitbit dashboard the next time you sync your tracker.
Silent Alarms
Use Silent Alarms to wake from sleep without disturbing your partner.
- Your One gently vibrates on your wrist to silently wake you.
- Set repeating or one-time alarms from the Fitbit mobile app or website.
- Your upcoming alarm will show on your tracker.
Charging
Your Fitbit One contains a rechargeable battery.
- When plugged into the Charging Cable, it takes about 2 hours for your tracker to be fully charged.
- The battery will typically last 5–7 days.
Sync with your computer
Your activity information is sent to your computer when your tracker is within 20 feet of the plugged-in Wireless Sync Dongle
- Syncing happens automatically. There are no buttons to push.
- After syncing, you can view your activity details online at Fitbit.com or on the free Fitbit iPhone and Android apps.
Sync on the go
One™ syncs wirelessly and automatically with smartphones that support Bluetooth Low Energy. This allows the One™ to sync with a wide range of leading iOS and Android Smartphones.

If your phone does not support Bluetooth Low Energy, you're still in luck. The Fitbit mobile app works with all smartphones for logging data, receiving notifications, and viewing graphs and charts based on your last sync.
Changing the Display
Thump, whack, or tap your Zip to view your day's stats (pressing won't work). Your Zip is always tracking, even when the display is asleep. Your Fitbit Smiley changes with your day's activities.

Wearability
Wear your zip somewhere near your torso. To prevent losing your Zip, wear it:
- 1. inside your pocket
- 2. clipped to your bra
- 3. clipped on your pocket facing inward
Sync with your computer
After setting up your Zip with a computer, it will sync directly to your fitbit account provided that you're within 20 feet of the plugged-in USB dongle. This happens automatically; there are no buttons to push.
Once your Zip has synced, your information can be viewed online at Fitbit.com or through the free Fitbit iPhone and Android apps.
